Cannabis Seeds Rucu Cucu OG Seedstockers are the result of an exclusive partnership between Seedstockers and the famous Argentinian rapper Homer el Mero Mero, an old friend of Seedstockers, who is a deep lover of high quality cannabis.
So, the Seedstockers breeding team decided to create a unique variety, following the taste and effect cues that El Mero Mero prefers. The result was a pleasant surprise for everyone!
After 5 generations of selection, the perfect variety was found and became the legendary Rucu Cucu OG. This high quality variety was created by combining a special piece of Tangie, selected for its intense tangerine aroma and rich production, along with an original OG Kush clone from the USA. The result is something incredible that will definitely not go unnoticed if smoked on the street. You have been warned!
The intense tangerine aroma is pronounced, the taste is a mix between the sweet and sour of Tangie and the diesel/woody of OG Kush. THC levels are extremely high (with good cultivation, it can reach up to 30% THC). The effect is heavy, which was exactly what our friend Homer el Mero Mero was after after following the selection processes from start to finish. During his recent visit to Barcelona, he had the opportunity to taste the final result after a long selection process and after a single pull he said:
"This is the damn Rucu Rucu OG!"
The plant is vigorous, hardy and easy to grow, with only 8 weeks of flowering. If grown indoors, growers recommend that you keep a close eye on your plants during the 3rd and 4th week of flowering, as it tends to stretch occasionally, especially if grown with sodium lamps. The plant responds well to various growing methods, including SCROG (highly recommended), SOG, top and FIM.
The fragrance from Rucu Cucu OG can be quite strong during flowering, so we recommend using a good carbon filter to avoid your nosy neighbour! To enjoy the strong aroma and incredible flavour, we recommend growing in soil (organic if possible). Outdoor growing offers great satisfaction, as the plant grows exceptionally well in a variety of conditions and is resistant to fungi and high temperatures. The yield is tremendous and is ready around the last week of September or the first week of October (Northern Hemisphere).
